With over 30 years in the fashion industry, Isobel Kershaw is recognized as one of the UK’s most experienced and qualified style experts. Her career began working alongside world-renowned designers and progressed to a director role at Harrods, where she mastered luxury retail, client care, and business etiquette at the highest level.
Today, as Founder of The Stylist London and The Elite Styling Academy, Isobel blends her passion for fashion, styling, and coaching to transform both individuals and businesses. She has trained future stylists worldwide, advised corporate leaders, and styled high-net-worth individuals who demand discretion, expertise, and lasting results.
Beyond her work with clients, Isobel is an inspiring public speaker, regularly invited to share her insights on style, confidence, and the power of non-verbal communication.

Lady Penny Mountbatten has thirty years experience in luxury brand representation and event management. She works with over forty top British retailers and luxury hotels, assisting in the execution of their market entry strategies. With a large network of influential contacts and partners, Penny consistently facilitates opportunities by connecting people and businesses who are looking for investment and distribution.
Penny is also an Ambassador for some Royal Warranted brands and represents the world renowned Royal portrait artist, Ralph Heimans. As a hands-on Patron of four charities, Penny participates in many fundraising events as well as championing sustainable and organic brands and causes.

She now collaborates on impactful corporate training projects and is part of the team delivering the Stylist Retreat, guiding women to elevate their personal brand, build confidence, and step into their power through style.
Amy’s work is shaped by her own personal journey. Having experienced body insecurities, fluctuating weight, and bullying, she discovered early on that style is far more than surface — it’s a tool for transformation. This experience, combined with a successful corporate career in finance and banking, gives her a unique ability to help women align their wardrobe with their ambitions and show up with authority and authenticity.
Passionate about the psychology of fashion, Amy believes that what we wear has the power to shift how we think, feel, and show up in the world. Through styling, wardrobe transformation, and mindset work, she helps women navigate key life transitions — from career growth to personal reinvention — with confidence and clarity.
